Tiptree’s strawberry jam is made with around 56g fruit per 100g, way above the minimum requirement to call it ‘extra jam’. And because Tiptree grows their own Strawberries, which include top quality traditional varieties like Cambridge Favorites, the jam has the most wonderful flavour.
Tiptree has been growing fruit & making preserves since 1885 in Essex County, England. They grow a wide range of traditional fruits on the farm right next to their factory, producing some of the highest quality preserves & marmalades the world has tasted.
Tiptree uses traditional techniques including cooking the fruit in small batches using copper pans to make the highest consistent quality – each batch produces only 150 jars of product.
Tiptree keeps as much of the whole fruit as possible in its products, maintaining its natural goodness with the same painstaking recipes used since Victorian times.
